How do I cancel or change my plan?
Open the account menu (the round button at the top right of the parent dashboard) and choose Manage billing · cancel plan, or tap your plan name at the top of the dashboard. Cancelling keeps the plan until the end of the month you have already paid for, then the account goes back to Free. Nothing else changes: your children's progress stays.
How do I change the card on file?
The same place: Manage billing · cancel plan opens a secure page run by Stripe, our payment provider, where you can update the card or see past invoices.
Which grades, subjects and provinces does Pip cover?
Math, English and Science for grades 1 to 12, matched to the curriculum of the province you chose when you set up your child. If your province is not listed, the closest curriculum is used and we say so during setup.
Pip said something that looks wrong.
Pip is an AI tutor and can make mistakes. Please tell us the subject, the grade and what Pip said, using the form below; we check every report and fix what we find. In the meantime, your child can ask Pip to explain it another way or move to the next problem.
